Who are we?
Owner Ric Thompson and his wife Haley are the parents of two wonderful boys; Broc (age ten) and Axel (seven). They reside just north of Fond du Lac, the perfect location to serve the RANW area, including Appleton and Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Married eleven years, the couple has resided in Fond du Lac for the past ten years. Haley is a medical technician at Consultants Laboratory.
Ric has over 20 years of experience in construction, doing just about everything from the ground up. A carpenter with Port Side Builders for 10 years and a combined 10+ years with other reputable builders, he was able to learn the finer points of how a home is properly built and how to use cosmetic signs to tip-off possible issues when remodeling of homes. Ric was a successful Realtor for 6 years including 2nd in his company in 2011. He is also the most recent Past President of WAHI and current President of the Fox Valley Chapter of WAHI. Ric assist’s in teaching the WAHI Pre-Licensing Education program and the WAHI Education Seminar Peer Reviews.
Ric's home inspector training came from American Home Inspection Technology Institute, one of the most respected home inspection schools in the country. He is certified by the State of Wisconsin and is the President of Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors. With over 150 inspections as a Realtor and an extensive list as an inspector, Ric is the one call you need to make.
